These terms apply when you book a session or become a member at Dragonfly. Please read them carefully. TODO: have these reviewed by your solicitor before publishing.
Bookings
Sessions are booked for a fixed time slot. Arrive on time; we cannot extend sessions that start late. You must be able to swim and use sauna and cold-water facilities safely.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations made with reasonable notice may be refunded or rescheduled at our discretion. No-shows are not refunded. TODO: define your cancellation window and refund policy.
Membership
Membership benefits, billing frequency, and cancellation terms are described at the point of purchase. Memberships are personal and non-transferable unless we agree otherwise.
Health and safety
Sauna, cold plunge, and wild swimming carry inherent risks. Consult a doctor if you are unsure. Follow our safety guidance during your visit.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking or membership purchase applies.
